Concert July 10th 7.30pm: Singing On A Summer's Evening - The Brewood Singers and Polesworth Abbey Choir

Please come and share an evening with us and listen to some popular light music and other well-known pieces in the delightful setting of Polesworth Abbey. Enjoy a walk around the garden in the interval, sipping a glass of wine (or even a cup of tea or coffee) - and come and look at the new driveway and gatehouse too.

The Brewood Singers were formed in 1973 and perform a variety of music at concerts throughout the West Midlands and surrounding counties. From their arrangement ‘Run’ (more recently performed by Leona Lewis), to the classic ‘Mack the Knife’ and popular Abba numbers, there will be something in their programme for everyone.

Polesworth Abbey Choir lead the singing at the Abbey each week and perform a variety of music. Their programme will range from popular modern pieces such as John Rutter’s ‘For the beauty of the earth’, to other timeless pieces. The Abbey has a choir of about 30 members, juniors and adult members. We think you will enjoy our programme.
